UNBOUND
A Retreat From Diet Culture
August 31st-September 4th

Make Peace With Food
Challenge your fear foods in a safe environment, and learn ways to make food fun and even celebratory.

Make Peace With Your Body
Learn how to love your body, while holding a space for the parts you still don't like.

Make Peace With Movement
Learn how to move- or not move- with confidence, and explore what joyful movement can look like for you.
Do you ever:
- Think you're worse at taking care of yourself than those around you?
- Experience shame around eating?
- Feel like your body is the cause of all your medical issues?
Or maybe you:
- Worry your children will on day feel about their body, they way you feel about yours?
- Feel like you're exercising wrong?
- Feel like your body is the problem?
Any of these sound familiar?
UNBOUND:
A Retreat From Diet Culture.
It's hard to describe the feelings you find when you stop making your body an enemy, and learn how to love it, even when you don't like it all the time.
Feeling your worth beyond the size and shape of your body is priceless. And when you're in a safe enough space to give into the freedom you deserve... magic.
If you are ready to experience your own body awakening, join me for UNBOUND.

You're one weekend away from breaking free from Diet Culture.

1. Face your fear foods
This all inclusive weekend has your favorite food at your finger tips. If that sounds scary, you're not alone. We'll be working through exercises to ease your fears. All meals/snacks are provided by a private chef. (Food allergies not a problem).

2. Learn how movement can move you
We've been taught to hate exercise, all the while being pushed to do more. This weekend we'll do a deep dive on what you love, hate, and love to hate about movement, and teach you ways to bring more joyful movement into your life.

3. Master Body Neutrality
Diet culture has put us at war with our bodies. This weekend, we'll move beyond the traps of body positivity, and into the safety of body neutrality- where you don't have to like everything you own to your value and worth.
Healing your relationship with your body is hard enough.
Don't feel like roughing it, too?
We've got you covered! Get all the comforts of home and more!

Here's what UNBOUND attendees have to say...

"I'm not alone. It's good to be with people who feel like you do. There's so much more on the inside of a person, myself included."
Gayle Hice, Retreat Attendee

"When a community of women stand together to confront the negative impacts of diet culture and fat phobia in their lives, and challenge their relationship to their body and food, they make space for others to do the same."
Amber Williams, Retreat Attendee
